Limited Warranty for C-Tech
Entertainment products:

C-Tech Entertainment
Products LLC ("CTE")
provides the following
Limited Warranty C-Tech
Entertainment Products LLC
(excluding spare parts and
consumables) distributed by
CTE or through our
authorized distribution
channels:
>
CTE warrants that a C-Tech
Entertainment product, from
the time of sale through the
Limited Warranty period of
one (1) year, will be free
of defects in materials or
workmanship and will conform
to the performance
specifications applicable
for the particular C-Tech
Entertainment product.
>
All C-Tech Entertainment
products are subject to the
Warranty Exclusions
described below. A C-Tech
Entertainment product or
component found to be
defective will be repaired
or replaced with new or
refurbished product or
component at CTE's option.
>
Purchasers may obtain
warranty service and further
information within the
applicable Limited Warranty
period for the C-Tech
Entertainment product
purchased by calling (612)
735-7351 or by Emailing
techsupport@ctechentertainmentfx.com.
Proof of purchase is
required to demonstrate
eligibility for warranty
service. Warranty claims
must be made directly to
C-Tech Entertainment
Products LLC.
Warranty Exclusions:
Limited Warranty does not
apply to a C-Tech
Entertainment product that
has been subjected to
physical damage after
purchase, caused, for
example, by casualty,
accident, acts of God or
transportation, including
(a) by a failure to properly
package and ship the product
back to CTE for warranty
service in accordance with
CTE's packaging and shipping
Guidelines; (b) from
service, modification or
repair not performed by CTE
or a service provider
authorized by CTE or by
tampering, use of
counterfeit or other non CTE
approved components,
assemblies, accessories, or
modules; (c) by misuse,
unreasonable handling or
maintenance, mistreatment,
operator error, failure to
provide proper supervision
or maintenance. |
